2022 Volunteer Review

3 January 2023

From planting the seeds of ideas to actually planting plants, we’ve covered a lot of ground within the Neighbours Nurturing Nature Volunteer Project.

Our focus remains on the improvement of habitat and environment for threatened and endangered species (which thankfully some do call Sydney Olympic Park home) and building community involvement in these spaces.

We’d like to hear from you about what you’ve learned and your experiences with the Neighbours Nurturing Nature program so far.

Take the 2022 Volunteer Review Survey

Even if you haven’t volunteered yet, please fill in the survey so we know how we can meet your needs next year.

By completing the survey, not only will this give us information about the current project and potential future ideas, it will also give us valuable information that we need to use when reporting to the Environment Trust about their grant funding.

2023 will see a new worksite launched, more clean-up events, more involvement from local schools and a re-purposing project that will help keep Neighbours Nurturing Nature keep growing.

The Visitor Programs team is looking forward to working with you again in 2023.
